IN-STORE COLLECTION:

When available, we offer an in-store collection service for online purchases. Please note, you will receive communication via email or SMS when your order is ready for collection. In-store collections are only available during store hours and require ID and order confirmation upon order collection. Please mail support@soulg.co.za if you need any further information.

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY:

We ship anywhere in South Africa with reliable local couriers. All orders placed on SOUL Gallery are shipped for free if the order exceeds R5000, and any order below R5000 we charge R100 for economy road (3-5 working days) and R200 for express (1-3 working days). 

Once shipped out with our delivery partners, every SOUL Gallery order is accompanied by a tracking number, which will be emailed to you. 

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

• Orders placed before 10am on weekdays will be dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 10am on weekdays will be dispatched the following business day.
• Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the following business day.
